Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) - Institut de Physique et Chimie des Matériaux de Strasbourg (IPCMS)

The CNRS participates via the STnano nanofabrication platform at IPCMS that has been active in the field of nanoscience for over a decade. It hosts equipment and 250 m² of cleanroom space enabling its users to fabricate prototypes using nanofabrication techniques (lithography, thin-film deposition, etching, and back-end processes) on any type of substrate up to 4 inches in size. In addition, STnano is a member of the Renatech+ consortium, which brings together all of the nanofabrication centers in France.
